Session Platforms: - Sessions are conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, and sometimes via direct calls for individuals residing in India. 3. Booking Confirmation: - Confirmation email with session details provided. 4. Rescheduling Policy: - Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling (one request per appointment allowed). 5. Cancellation Policy: - Appointments are non-cancellable; exceptional cases reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 6. Non-Refundable Services: - Acknowledgement of non-refundability upon purchase of services. 7. Late Arrivals: - Late arrival may shorten the session; more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation with a 20% fee deduction. 8. Technical Requirements: - A stable internet connection is required for online sessions. We are not responsible for technical issues on the client's end. 9. Sample Reading: - Provided in written or audio note form via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, as per your preference. 10. Modification or Termination: - We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. 11.
