These shipping and delivery policies apply to Stay Magical ("Company," "we," or "us") and govern the delivery of our services, both online and via call or remote communication methods. Please read these policies carefully before purchasing our services. By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with these policies.

1. Digital Content:
a. Nature of Services: Our services primarily consist of digital content, such as online audio/video readings, sessions, reports, and guidance. These services are delivered electronically, and no physical shipping or delivery is involved.

2. Delivery Method:
a. Digital services are delivered through secure channels, including email, online platforms, downloads from secure social media, and from our website or other designated communication channels. You will receive instructions on accessing or downloading the content after completing your purchase.

Session Platforms:
-Sessions are conducted online via Zoom and Google Meet.
-Direct calls are available on an occasional basis for individuals residing in India.

Sample Reading:
- A sample reading will be provided in either written form or as an audio note.
- Delivery will be via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, as per your preference.
Detailed Reading:
-A detailed reading will be provided in a video form.
-Delivery of private Youtube video link via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, as per your preference.

3. Delivery Estimate:
A. Pre-recorded services
a. We strive to deliver our services within 2-5 business days from the date of your purchase unless otherwise specified. This timeframe includes processing and preparation time, as well as the delivery of any applicable digital content or access details.

B. Audio or video call services
a. Appointment Confirmation: After booking your session, we will confirm your appointment via email or other designated communication channels. This confirmation will include the agreed-upon date, time, and communication method for the session (e.g., phone call, video call).

b. Timeliness and Session Duration: Please be prompt and available for the scheduled session. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the session if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notification with 20% fees deduction. The duration of the session will be as agreed upon during the booking process or as stated on our website.

c. Rebooking Process: If additional time is desired or needed beyond the scheduled duration, clients have the option to rebook another call session. The availability of the practitioner for the rebooking will be subject to their schedule and availability.

d. Technical Difficulties: If technical difficulties prevent the session from taking place or adversely affect the quality of the communication, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or other technical factors beyond our control.

C. Reiki Sessions:
a. We strive to deliver our services within 2-5 business days from the date of your purchase unless otherwise specified.
b. Daily Session Updates: As part of our commitment to providing a personalized and supportive experience, we offer daily communication to clients regarding their healing sessions. This includes updates and information related to the progress and insights gained during the session.​
c. Message Notifications: Daily session updates will be provided to clients via message, either through email or a secure messaging platform. The frequency and timing of these updates may vary depending on the client's individual healing plan.
