1. Services Offered:

 

a. Tarot Readings: We offer online tarot readings that provide insights and guidance based on the interpretation of tarot cards.

 

b. Astrology Services: We offer online astrology services that provide insights and predictions based on astrological principles.

 

c. Reiki Healing: We offer Reiki healing services that aim to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being through distance healing techniques.

 

 2. Services Scope:

Call Sessions:

 Call sessions involve live conversations between the client and our practitioners, where insights, guidance, and interpretations are provided in real-time.

• Preparation for Call Sessions: For call sessions, clients are encouraged to prepare their questions or topics in advance to maximize the value of the session. This ensures a focused and productive conversation during the allotted time.

• Agreed Scheduled Duration: The duration of the call session will be agreed upon at the time of booking or scheduling. It is important to respect and adhere to the agreed-upon duration.

• No Automatic Extension: The allotted duration for the call session is predetermined and agreed upon. There is no automatic extension of the call session beyond the specified time.

• Rebooking Process: If additional time is desired or needed beyond the scheduled duration, clients have the option to rebook another call session. The availability of the practitioner for the rebooking will be subject to their schedule and availability.

• Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling (one request per appointment allowed).

•  No Cancellation:  Appointments are non-cancellable; exceptional cases reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Late Arrivals: Late arrival may shorten the session; more than 10 minutes late may lead to cancellation with a 25% fee deduction.

Sample Reading:

1. Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively for new clients to provide an introduction to our services.

2. Limitation: Each client is entitled to one sample reading only. Multiple requests from the same client, identified by name, email, or phone number, are not permitted.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Bookings found to be in violation of the one-sample-per-customer policy will be canceled without a refund.

4. Delivery Time: Due to high demand, the delivery of sample readings may take up to 10 days. If you require immediate guidance, consider booking a full tarot or astrology session.

5. Content of Reading: Sample readings are brief and provide a general overview. They are not as comprehensive as full sessions.

6. Use of Personal Information: Personal information provided during booking will be used solely to deliver the reading.

7. No Obligation: The sample reading is provided with no obligation to purchase further services.

3. Delivery Method:

 Digital services are delivered through secure channels, including email, online platforms, downloads from secure social media, and from our website or other designated communication channels. You will receive instructions on accessing or downloading the content after completing your purchase.

​Session Platforms:

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom/ Google Meet or normal call (depends on availability)

Direct calls are available on an occasional basis for individuals residing in India.

​Sample Reading:

A sample reading will be provided in either written form or as an audio note. 

Delivery will be via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, as per your preference.

 

Detailed Reading:

A detailed reading will be provided in a video form.

Delivery of private Youtube video link via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, as per your preference.

4. Birth Chart Report:

We will provide detailed interpretations and guidance based on the client's birth chart during the session. However, the actual birth chart report will not be shared with the client or provided as a separate document.

Non-Sharing of Tarot Card Spread Pictures: Instead of sharing the actual pictures of the tarot card spreads, we will provide detailed verbal interpretations and descriptions of the cards pulled during the reading. This ensures a personalized and meaningful experience for the client

 

5. Client Responsibilities:

a. Complete and Accurate Information: Clients must provide complete and accurate details regarding their date of birth, birth year, time, and place when requesting astrology services. This information is crucial for generating precise astrological charts, calculations, and interpretations.

b. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in less precise or incorrect interpretations.

C. For Healing sessions, Clients are encouraged to actively engage with the daily session updates by reviewing the information, reflecting on the insights, and implementing any recommended practices or self-care techniques.

d. Clients acknowledge that the success and effectiveness of distant Reiki may vary among individuals. It is important to approach distant Reiki with an open mind and a willingness to participate in the healing process.

e. Respectful Communication: We expect all clients to engage in respectful and courteous communication during the call session. Any form of abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Ethical Practices:

 

a. Alignment with Positive Energy: We are committed to providing tarot, astrology and reiki services that promote personal growth, self-awareness, and positive transformation. 

 

b. Non-Involvement in Black Magic: We do not offer or engage in any form of black magic, harmful rituals, curses, or spells. Our services are centered around providing insightful and empowering guidance based on the principles of spirituality, self-reflection, and personal development.

 

c. No Extra Remedies: We do not provide additional remedies beyond the guidance and insights offered during the service.

7. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to purchase and use our services.

 

8. No Office Visits:

a. Service Location: Our services are exclusively provided online, and we do not offer in-person appointments or office visits. This policy applies to all clients, regardless of their location or circumstances.

b. Compliance: Clients are required to respect and adhere to this policy by refraining from attempting to visit our office for any service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the online nature of our services.

 

9. Non-Refundable Services Policy

 

a. Understanding Non-Refundable Services: All the services provided by STAY MAGICAL are considered non-refundable.

b. Acknowledgement: By purchasing a non-refundable tarot service, you acknowledge and accept that the payment made for these services is non-refundable under any circumstances.

​

c. International Clients: When international clients make payments through a page provided for local clients, we operate under a strict no refund policy due to the complexities and costs associated with international transactions, including currency conversion fees, transaction charges, and administrative overhead.

d. Outcome Variations: If the accuracy or completeness of the information shared by the client results in variations in the outcome, interpretation, or efficacy of the tarot or astrology service, refunds will not be granted.

e. Client Responsibility: Clients accept that they are responsible for any misunderstandings or inaccuracies that may arise due to incomplete or incorrect information provided. This includes any subsequent actions, decisions, or consequences based on the readings or insights.

f. Exceptional Cases for Refunds: Refunds are considered in exceptional cases with a 20% cancellation fee deducted.

g. Punctuality Policy: Your punctuality is valued in sessions; being more than 10 minutes late may result in the session being cancelled with a 25% fee deduction.

10. Professional Services:

​

a. Non-Guarantee: Our tarot readings, astrology services, and Reiki healing are provided for entertainment, personal guidance, and holistic well-being purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of the information or treatments provided. The interpretations, predictions, and healing outcomes are subject to personal perception and individual understanding.

 

b. Personal Responsibility: Any decisions, actions, or choices you make based on the information received during our services are solely your responsibility. We do not assume any liability for the outcomes resulting from your decisions, actions, or choices.

 

11 .Payment and Pricing:

a. Payment: Payment for our services is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the designated methods specified on our website.

b. Pricing: We reserve the right to change the pricing of our services at any time. Such changes will not affect any confirmed orders for which payment has already been made.

 

12. Differential Pricing:

a. International Clients: Due to factors such as higher transaction fees, currency conversion costs, and additional administrative overhead, the fees charged to international clients may be higher compared to Indian clients for the same services.

b. Indian Clients: We offer services to our Indian clients at a comparatively lower fee structure, taking into consideration local market conditions and reduced operational costs.

 

13. Intellectual Property:

a. Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided as part of our services, including but not limited to readings, interpretations, reports, healing techniques, and website content, are the sole property of STAY MAGICAL  and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b. Personal Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials provided for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any content or materials without our prior written consent.

 

14. Termination:

a. Termination by You: You may discontinue using our services at any time.

b. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services to you at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that we consider inappropriate or harmful.

 

15. Limitation of Liability:

a. No Liability for Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with services.

b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
